Set Value for Backlash Fanuc 0M

I have a problem when adjust Backlash for X and Y axis.

I already change the whole bearings for all 2 axis, change the ball steels of ballscrew nut but when I make a circular cutting still have a step cut every 90°. I know it must be a backlash value that I have to input into parameter 535-536.

That I would like to know, how to find the right value to parameter above to make a smooth cutting to my product ?? when I measure with dial, indicate that there is 20 microns for X axis to move a ballscrew. I divided 20 microns with 2 (plus and minus) and added to parameter 535. Is it right that I have done???

I believe you have to convert it to metric. Then add or subtract it to the value. Its been a while for me though
