    Unhappy Spindle Motor O-TC Fanuc

    I have solved my previous error thanx to you guys!

    408: Servo ALARM Serial not ready. by replacing cables, and now the machine started without any errors.

    But when i start the spindle in MDI
    SMAX is 32747

    when i enter command ;
    m3
    s1000

    The spindle rotates with SACT 60 rpm
    even on CW and CCW selection the spindle moves in one direction only (Manual mode).
    I dont have any idea how to check the voltages and SMAX parameters.
    Please guide me
    Thanx

    did you check spindle override signal? those are G103.3, G103.4 and G103.5 (should be all 0s for 100% override)

    I didn't check Override signals. But one thing really bugs me, when i del all the parameters and entered 900 option paramters only, i restarted the machine and the SMAX Value was 32747!!!
    I really dont understand from where that SMAX comes from????.

    ok I'll check the G103 any wayz, thanx
