fanuc gn6tc hardinge

Is anyone fermiliar with the 3 axis controller on a hardinge superslant lathe? Mines been running troublefree untill a few days ago. Everything went wacky, turrets started spinning coolant turning on and off relays clicking like crazy. I shut it down and fired it up again in the morning and it was fine. Today I pulled my part out and walked away apparently it did the same thing while i wasnt there to shut it down . Now when i fire it up it gives me alarm 604 and 607. 604 being "no hold is effective to pcb model b-side mpu" . 607 being"data transfer error in mdi and crt" . It wont come out of e stop and the panel appears to be dead but i can use the keyboard on the monitor panel. The fanuc manual I have says to replace the model b board but i've learned that one the hard way when i replaced the spindle drive and it was just a power supply! I know with this machine some errors will disable it by changing the parameters so.... i guess im wondering if anyone out there has encountered this problem and if they are fermiliar with which parameter might have been reset? HELP!

Could be your I/O board. If you have another machine with a 6 control you could swap boards. Power supply would shut down if it had a problem.
If you need help call CNC Diagnostic 813-983-1870

great i'll hang on to your # , i appreciate the reply. hopefully i dont need a new board, I rarely use the machine and know a new board probably wont be cheap. I fired it up the next morning and it was fine!?? I havent been running it since but wonder if its a heat issue? When it first acted up it had been running for 10 hrs or so. unfortunately i dont have another gn6 to test it . Maybe if it happens again i can find some sort of freeze spray like butane only not flamable obviously and see if it clears up? As soon as I figure it out I'll post it
thanks again
