Need Help!- Tornado 200 Fanuc ot not responding spindle and turret

Hi, i have a big problem. I bought lathe tornado 200 with no backup baterry. I upload all parameters, zeroes, but i'm not sure with params 900 - 940, i copied it from similar machine, which has a barfeeder.. When type in MDI T1 M6, CycleStart button still lighting, but response of machine is NOTHING. The same, when i try rotating turret by hand. When i type S200 M3, the spindle still stop and on spindle inverter LED's lighting "--".

If this is a lathe, for the tool change you need to write T0101; M06 is for mach. centers.

Did you put the diagnostic or "pc" parameters back in? If not it won't run like it should (ask me how I know that!) They are numbers 300-549 on the diagnostic page.
Parameters 900-940 are the ones that tell the control how many options and basic functions you get.
The spindle won't start unless the chuck is clamped.

And where i get this Diag params?

You have to find a lathe just like yours or get a hold of a dealer that sells or sold tornado lathes. The diag parameters control all the switches that run the lathe. If you can save to a pc that would tell you if they are there. Put the control in edit, push the diag/parameter button, might have to push it twice, it should say diagnostic in the upper right hand corner of the screen, then push output and it will send them to the pc. Look at the file, the number you will see are 10300-10549. If they come up with all zero's then they are missing.
I just went through this on my Takisawa with a Fanuc 0T, I was able to get them from the Takisawa dealer, thay had them on file thank goodness.

Did you get the Parameter & dgn. DO you have the operator manual.. I am stuck with a Torado 200 and no one is ready to take up maintainence due to unavailability of manuals.
