please check as below :
1- TNC 151 machine parameter MP 63 ( RPM CODE =01991)
2- MP 86 -87 must be 9.999
3-MP 88 = 120 -MP 89 =80
4- set spindle rpm on 100 M03 and order to run by cycle start as usual after that please check the disply on spindle card let me know what you see ? any alarm or any arp disply because on F00 on this disply you must see the actual rpm by motor not spindle !
5- please check all green fuse on this board
6- after machine power up let me know the situation of LED1 green led on spindle board

check and let me know soon

drive test

thank you for the help
I already made the test and the results are:
1.- the points 1,2 and 3 are fine, the parameters of the machine are correct.
2.- the drive sometimes don't have energy, the green led are off and the 5 display too but suddenly the drive it energizes and the green led its on and the 5 display show 00000 and stay this way, in this time i entered s100 an m03 but the spindle don't turn and the drive don't change their state when entered s1000 and m03 the display in drive show AL-02 and sometimes AL-01,that they mean this alarms?
3.- the reference voltage from the tnc are ok
4.- the orientation board seems out, the green leds always are off, this is normal?
thank you very much for any advice.

Hello !
Here is the list of alarms.

1.Are ur parameters inside drive OK ??
The 0000 means the drive is ready but it does not mean the parameters are right.
Do u have 4 buttons near display UP, DOWN, MODE, DATA SET (look at the first picture below ) if u have then read the post on this forum FANUC AC MAIN SPINDLE PROBLEM there is a procedure how to see, reset and set parameters (my post). Look in ur books do u have parameters for ur drive (look at the second picture these are the parameters for MY machine but the motor parameters from 41 to 53 i think they are standard for motor type u use - mine is 8S). DO NOT change them until u read and write on paper old ones (the ones that are now in the drive).

2.The green led near display and display should light when energy is up if it does not then the problem is in DC power circuit.Check the voltages +5,+15... We had the same problem (the led didnt light) and we changed one chip and one capacitor on board (If u have problem with DC supply i think the problem is in capacitor because ur board sometimes start to oscilate what tells me that chip is ok and when it start it keep itself powered, then the green led light and 00000 or alarm message is shown on display ). But then the parameters were wrong (AL-17) then we reset them and put in parameters from machine builder and now it is working like new.

Best regards !
