Ethernet ??

We just purchased a Hardinge sr200 w Fanuc 18i controller. It has the embedded ethernet. Our shop is setup for wireless ethernet. Can I connect a wireless access point to the control and transfer files via wireless? If so do I just need to use an FTP program? And are there any special settings?

Yes you can connect an access point, and the best option for file transfer is FBOP software. FTP is required if you have the data server option and wish to use it.
