memory empty but still shows full

Morning Gentlemen

I have a 20T control on a large lathe. The problem is that I can not empty the memory of programs. I have tried powering up the lathe numours time and resetting from the power switch on the back too. Here is what comes up on my screen when I am in edit so that I can delete or load programs in program edit. The program numbers are just examples. Any help would be a great help. Thanks in advance.

I am not familiar with this control, but if know how, why don't you try to intialize the memory, this worked for me in my machines when that happens.

Crazy question.....is the write protect key turned on?

That's the only thing I could think of...,but I think with that new of a control i thinks it's buried in the control itself like one of the menus if memory serves me correctly.
