Question Can't locate OPR Softkey, Fanuc 18-TC, HELP!

Hi folks, I need some assistance please,
I recently acquired a very nice, 8 year old Mighty Viper lathe with an 18-TC control. I have had no problem with setting it up in my shop with one exception.....I can not figure out how to make the toolsetter work. The Mighty manuals are no help. The tech guy at Mighty tells me to press the offset button, then the right-hand softkey continuation button, then the OPR button. There is no OPR softkey displayed! I have searched this forum, Google and every other resource that I have available trying to find out about this missing softkey. I find no parameter setting for turning this on/off. Is this possibly a Fanuc option that is not installed properly? I sincerely would appreciate any and all input from the group here.
    Cheers,
    Bob

    Try:

Viorel, thanks for the suggestion, 9926 #5 is already set; I tried it both on and off with no resolution to my problem. This morning I noticed that ALL of the timer displays ("machine on time", etc) under the settings screen show "0 HR 0 MIN 0 SEC" though the date and time displays correctly. Any idea what would cause the timers to stop?
    TIA,
    Bob
