Problem with 4th axis feedmoves on Fanuc controller 0i-MC

Machine: Dugard Eagle 450XP with Fanuc controller 0i-MC and rotary table
The rotary table's axis is 'B' although I'd have thought it should be 'A'.

Anyway, this machine will move its B-axis position via the MDI or in a program in G0 mode but it comes up with the following error when programmed to move the B-axis in G1 mode.

    "5011 Parameter Zero (cut Max)"

    Can anyone help ?

    Thanks,

    Rab

I would guess that the parameter that sets your "Max Cutting Feedrate" is set to Zero so when you give it a G1 x... y... F100 your feedrate is above the set max. Is the 5011 the actual parameter or just the alarm # ? I am not sure. In the older controls it is somewhere in the 1100 to 13?? something area.

You might check parameter #1430 (max feedrate for each axis). Maybe they set it for A, but not for B? Just a thought.
