When you get simultaneous OT it usually indicates no 24v feeding the switches, Check the power supply output and check the status lights on the Input Unit, this is the small board with a relay on it that monitors the power up.

Machine has been not operated for a while. Trying to get going and have:
210 +X ot
211 -X ot
220 +z ot
221 -z ot
607 pc
Machine control is not completely up, no hydraulics, no spindle. I don't think I'm getting power to the whole machine. Still looking for the wiring diagram. thanks Phil

That is what I was looking at. This power supply has outputs EON, EOF and FA and FB? It was shorting out (red alarm light) and had this board and the one on the door worked on. The alarm went away, but I could have the door interlock wires possibly misplaced. thanks
What was the part number of the board on the door?
If it was your IO board you might check the jumpers.
Is the green LED on, on the IO board?
Sounds like something is pulling the 24v down.Then you get what Al says.

Please note the 607 alarm is a data transfer alarm between the IO board and the front panel board. If the jumpers are set wrong on the IO board this alarm is generated.
The connectors not hooked up correctly to the IO board will cause this alarm
The loss of 24volts to the overtravel switches will not cause this alarm.
Back looking at this machine. The part number on the board on the door is
A20B-008-054-01A and yes the green light does come on. I've had this board repaired by a local firm. Before being repaired the large power supply board in the cabinet (part no. A20B-1000-030-06A) was being shorted out by the board on the door. Remove the 24v lead to the door and the short would go away.
We received our reprint wiring diagram from Mazak and from what I can figure out it seems we are not getting the 24v from the "NC Control Device". This would be wires NFA and NFB. This latter show up on the TB10 as NFA and NFB, but then go to TB7 and TB8 where they change to NCAL and +24N.
The A20B-0008-0540 board, there is a jumper, is it set to F 1 or 2.
How many IO boards do you have?
Now alarms are on/off for no apparent reason. Servo alarms will come on and the n go right back off. Might go to just overtravel in x+ and z+, then all four directions at once. Pretty much the 607 alarm stays on all the time.
