15M ram Parity (base 0)

We have a ram parity (base 0) alarm on our 15M controller and I am having some trouble figuring out how to clear the memory, and download the ladder files. What is the proper procedure for erasing the memory? I have tried to “dump memory” but it just prompts me for an address. Thanks for any help.

Usually a memory dump is a raw display of the content of the memory for a certain address space. (hence the request for an address). But it don't clear anything.

I fear more for an hardware failure...
