Wear control in Fanuc 18ti

Hi.

I'm having problems with the wear compensation in my Nakamura Super NTJ. The wear compensation works fine in the lower turret, but in the upper turret the machine ignores the wear compensation.

This only occurs when I run the machine in "MEMORY" mode. So if I run the machine in "MDI", it works.

Has anyone had a similar problem with their machines? Is it some sort of code that makes the machine ignore the wear compensation or is my controller faulty?

I have had this happen on my OTC, only on one tool station. Then most of the time it will work. This problem shows its self only once every six months or so.
