I am having trouble overriding the software limits of the machine to drive the X axis to a normal position. The X axis is nowhere near the physical limit of the slide. I think the batteries were almost if not completely dead in this machine when I started working on it and had some success with sending a program and doing some manual machining but upon restart of the machine this morning I was able to zero the Z slide fine but the X slide would only move @ an inch off the center of the lathe. The machine cordnance says about an inch on the display for the X slide also. Any help would be appreciated, thanks |

| Position both Z and X middle of their strokes... Power down the machine... Prior to turning on the control, hold in the "P" & "Can" keys and keep them pressed until the control powers up all the way. Now do a Zero Return...
