I'm looking at a mill and apparently when started it gives the following error code

System Alarm 0402-05
911 Ram Parity High

Looking at another thread on this page, I see that it's possible that the master board might need to be replaced. How much does one of those run?

hi, first did you try powering up with reset&delete hold in , and reload memory if that didnt help i beleive fanuc will repair the board for about 500. to 700.$. nakatome

It's not my mill, so I haven't tried anything. I'm just curious about a "worst case" scenario if I decide to purchase it.
