Good day. I entered parameters into 10T except “pitch error compensation data”. After turning power on message appears “OT002 C –OVERTRAVEL (SOFT 1)”. I can reset that alarm executing actions described in manual: turn on power while pressing “-” and “.” keys and so on. But after next turning machine on, that message appears again. How solve this problem? May be it connected with absence of “pitch error compensation data”? And where I can get these parameters? Best regards, Viktor |

| It is `C` Axis over Travel Alarm. In your Machine are you having the C axis if you are having Check the soft ware limits of C axis, otherwise you have to disable C Axis. This is not related to the Pitch error compensation. |
