FANUC Oi-M-->Backup SRAM and Load PMC file

Dear all.
I have CNC milling machine use FANUC Oi-M Controller.
i want to backup SRAM and load PMC LADDER file by FANUC LADDER III software .
Please show me to set the necessary parameters, i can not connect cnc with PC by FANUC LADDER III.

Power off machine then power on while holding down (right arrow key + the soft button to the left of it) These buttons are below the monitor. Doing this will boot CNC into a menu that will prompt you for different ways to backup pmc ladder, sram, parameters, etc. The easiest is to backup to a PCMCIA flash memory card, then use your software to edit.

I have a 32Mb flash memory card when I backup it issue Message : SRAM PARITY OCCURRED PLEASE POWER OFF.
In I/O screen have not M-CARD title .
