I have a Makino A55 with an OM controller. When rotating the B axis, whether in the program or in MDI, the machine only moves 1/2 of the programmed amount. The CRT however outputs the programmed position, not the actual. Has anyone ever seen this before?

Check the ratio setup for the B axis. Different rotatry tables have different pully ratios.

Sounds like the ratio parameters DMR CMR are out.

Thanks for the information, can you tell which parameter controls this feature, I do not have a parameter manual for this controller?

Mirror image may be on ,check led status on top of crt. Cancell mirror by m23or m29.
