| Are you having only 401 alarm or any other alarm available. If any other alarm available you should clear that first. If only 401 alarm, Check the Input voltage, control voltage & Emergency Relay  |

| 401 SERVO ALARM: n–th AXIS VRDY OFF 1) The n–th (axis 1 or 2) servo amplifier ready signal (DRDY) went off. Check the servo amplifier. 2) This alarm may occur if a servo amplifier is shared by several NC units. |
