How do i modify the 9000's in the parameters. The program is locked so i cannot make any edits. I have a macro stored in there that i want to modify. Thanks in advance. Does anyone know of a good place to get the fanuc manuals

Check parameter 3202 bit 2. If the bit is wrong just look for the bit on that parameter labeled NE9. Turn it off and it will allow edits of the 9000 programs. Good luck.

which number displays that it is on 1?

If NE9 on parameter 3202 is a 1 you can't edit the programs. Set it to a 0 and you can then edit the program.

I believe you're looking for Parameter 3202 bit #4. Bits start at 0 and go from right to left (76543210). It should be labelled NE9. If it's 1, programs 9000-9999 can't be edited. Change it to 0, and you can edit your macro. You can also delete them, so be sure to change it back when you're done editing.
