Fanuc Om-417 X Axis Servo Alarm

Hi Friends,

I have JOHNFORD nc milling with FANUC OM controller.I have problem with it.It gives an error during machine start up.The monitor showed error:

- 417 x axis servo alarm.dgtl para
- 427 y axis servo alarm.dgtl para
- 437 z axis servo alarm.dgtl para

Can somebody help to stepdown this problem.Thank you

Your Servo motor Parameters are deleted. I think you are reloaded the parameters. Pl. check the following parameters and enter
X axis Y asix Zaxis
8100 8200 8300
8101 8201 8301
8102 8202 8302
8120 8220 8320 Motor type
8121 8221 8321 Load Inertia
8122 8222 8322 Direction
8123 8223 8323 pulse / rev
8124 8224 8324 pulse / rev

what keys i have to press to enter the parameter menu?

select MDI Mode
press para/ DGN Key
Select Parameter Page
Press Page down key
Select setting 2 page
move cursor to PWE - 0
enter PWE - 1
go to parameter 8100
and enter the apropriate values

if any problem to enter the value press Emergency and try

hi iam having with 95 model Chen ho mcv1000 with a fanuc om controller and i was told by fanuc that i need to get system parameters from 1 to 9000 in the pwe settings so if any one has these settings it would be much appreciated

I HAVE SERVO ALARM 417-427-437 AND I NEED PWE PARAMETERS 1TO 9000 AS THIS IS WHAT FANUC AUSTRALIA TOLD ME ANY GOT ANY IDEAS
