I'm getting an alarm 057. This is on a First MCV1000 with an 18i-MB control. I ran a simple drilling program once and when I went to run it again I got the alarm. On the alarm message page it says 057 NO SOLUTION OF BLOCK END. I cannot find this alarm in any books and the machine won't let me run the program again even after I've reset everything. Also I have tried turning the machine off and back on again to see if it will clear...no luck. Anyone ever encounter this problem or have any suggestions??

Program Error (P/S) Alarm 057

Block end point is not found in direct dimension drawing programming.

I have an idea: why not post the section of code where the alarm occurs; say 10 blocks before and after. Then maybe we can help.
