I have a Koyo 8 Axis grinder w/Fanuc Power Mate d control. Problem I have a seperate CRT for each Control (4 alltogether) I had a control failure with one of them, and I installed the new control BUT I can not get it to boot to the CNC so i can load the new program into the control. I am not use to these Powermates. But there is a flashcard port on each one to load the main PMC. How can I do this with out getting to the PWE or other screens I need. In other words how do you load memory into the Servo Control??? Please help if you can folks Bluesman  |

| I might be wrong, but, I had to press and hold the two soft keys under the monitor, then turn the machine on. If that is even close to your machines, it may give you some options on things to do. I dealt with the same thing, and ended up having to delete the memory, then reinstall it. I hope this helps. |
