Does anyone have a copy of the paramaters for a Miyano 34 with Fanuc controller that they would happy to supply me?

We have just had a major board failure and does not appear that we have a copy

The Machine is a Miyano BNC - 34S

Serial No BN30329S

Fanuc system OT - B
ROM No 0615G
OMM No 0A23

Not sure if this is the right infor required but thanks for your reply and if you need more info please let me know.
