Hitachi Seiki Power Up Trouble LIII Control

Can anyone offer some help with a error occurring at power up?

Machine Info:

1994 Hitachi Seiki TF-20
Control Seikos L III

Problem:

Machine does not power up correctly.

Showing on CRT:

LSPC Status Error --- SLTBL ERR
. . . . <INPUT> KEY

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like some corrupted memory table...
Your best bet is gonna be contacting Mori Seiki's USA they handle the Hitachi Seiki support in the USA now. www.moriseiki.com

Thank you for the contacts... My customer has an ex-Hitachi guy in there working with him... They have done the following:

Replaced every control board, reloaded the ladder and now they are waiting for software from Japan (NC - Hitachi)..

I can't believe its the software, however, stranger things have happened.. Have you seen the error before?

I have seen a few odd ones, but thankfully only 1 or so on boot up. I was lucky enough that it was just reseating the cards in the control. Another thing may be a bad cable connection... Every connection is suspect But by the error I would guess a table associated with the sl bus is corrupt.

Mine are Seikos M III and Sigma 10 controls (fanuc 15 and 16 with hitachi stuff)
