APC alarm on fanuc i series will not reset

Good morning everyone

I have a problem with an APC alarm not resetting on a Doosan 2600m operating off a fanuc i series. I have managed to regain the reference positions on both x and z axis through parameter 1815.
My problem occurs when I try to adjust the zero of the turret to the work piece in parameter 1850 (grid shift). I input the information and then the APC alarm returns and I am unable to operate the turret until I go through the process of resetting parameter 1815.
Any help that anyone can give will be greatly appreciated, please bare in mind that I am new to the CNC world.

How do you set 1815?
You should align X0 then origin X axis move to toolchange position then set 1815 to 1.

A bad cable has caused me reoccurring "APC/ axis needs referenced alarms" with alpha motors in the past.
I think slivers had penetrated the cable.

If you have used 1815 there is no need to trim using 1850
