Default Fanuc OT-c Won't Power up

We have a Hardinge CS-51 that won't power up.
The display won't come up no button light at all. At first glance we found the red alarm light on the power supply coming on when the power button was depressed.
We replaced the supply, now no alarm light but still no power. fuses are all ok. I can't reach th test voltages on the power supply because of were it is located.
I don't have any prints or manuals. I am looking for any of these I can get or advice as to what I can check.
    Thanks for you help.

The location that the Power supply was in didn't allow access to the side where the test points are. But I did find a sketch on the internet that shows the connections in a block diagram. It turns out that our maintenance person had switched the display cable with the on off switch cable.
Once I corrected them we are back up and running.
