Possible program

Is it possible to run a progam to delete specified programs? If so could someone help with the program?

I am confused as to why you want a program to delete other programs. What is it that you want to accomplish and why. Maybe what you are trying to do could be achieved by other means.

Not possible through a program. Cannot even rename.
