.. Fanuc 16-TTA Nakamura-Tome TW-10 HELP PLEASE !!!!!!
anybody have any experience with this condition, help is greatly appreciated
!992 Nakamura-Tome TW-10MM Twin spindle dual turret 6-Axis Live tooliing Fanuc 16-TTA Dual Path control
Machine has Fujitsu Spindle Drives and motors.
Machine will not come ready, I can access ladder and parameters but no hydraulics are on, no program editing or other functions
No Parity alarm and all loaded parameters appear to be right no 913 mem parity alarms
Machine shows the red EMG in display and a nakamura side A089 Alarm..
A089 is also undocumented and I can not even find it in the ladder
The machine has a V-50 card which I am told has something to do with switching the I/O from the left (main) to the Right(sub) side of the machine....
The V50 Board has an undocumented alarm A099 showing in the display (no documentation available at methods) i am told A099 is a watchdog alarm
No alarms are showing on the Fuji Frenic 5000W drives
I can not determine what is causing the machine to not come up, undocumented alarm in fuji that is preventing the V50 board from booting or a fault on the V50 board.
interesting sidebar.... Prior to trouble when you turned on main breaker.... You could hear 2 coils pulling in.... Now I only hear 1

I have no experience with that machine; I suspect that it is not a control issue. Strange that Nakamura has nothing on that alarm.

check for some external alarms,like barfeeder or gauntry loader,as i know that nakamura use to have one of these and the circuits are made,so maybe is an emercency signal that must be bypassed.
