to avoid having to answer this question a bunch of times privately, this is the fix. I replaced all the chips in red, one by one, and the ones in yellow, one by one. the red ones fixed nothing, but the yellow ones were the issue. It has never been the axis board, as Fanuc says it can be.

    Hello.
What is the Master PCB part number?
Since you have a 914 alarm, probably the master pcb is the problem.
I hope you have a backup of all the parameters.
    regards

    Thank you for the answer.

I do not want the motherboard reference number. i need the ram reference ... something like TMM2089.
If someone can post a better quality photo, maybee it is readable.

    regards

The cause for the 914 or 915 alarm is ALWAYS on the main board; a relatively easy fix. Contact me if you need control advice.
