Fanuc OM Data In\Out problem

I have problem with my controller fanuc OM.When I want to Read or Punch alarm P\S 86 appears in screen
I have checked the cable but it has't any problem
When I am using M5 port it shows the error but when I changed the port to M74 it doesn't show the error but not read or punch
I have changed the parameters to but still have problem

It show the port setting in machine is wrong..
Change parameters as below
0002 10000011
0038 10100000
0552 11 Baudrate 9600
ISO is located 2 page up from parameter 0001
Change ISO to 1
TV Check off
Same setting in PC.
And all should be good to go
