m98 question

The shop i work for has purchased a new robodrill and i would like to use m98 Qxxxx instead of M98 Pxxxx to keep sub programs within the program
I have yet to find the information in the fanuc books that i need to be able to do this

model d21LiA5
control is 32I model B
I am looking for the parameter to change to do this ?
