In Fanuc PWE is not enabling and System hard key not working.

The problem is parameter write is not getting enabled. Unit is not going in System mode.

At present APC alarms are displaying in message.
For this we were trying to set reference. We found parameter write is not enabling in SETTING (HANDY). There is no response if we press SYSTEM hard key.

Model of CNC : FANUC Series 0i-TD.
Machine Builder Name : Colchester Harrison 600 Group

Please suggest us how to fix this problem. Waiting for your replies

Tried MDI mode?

Yes tried in MDI. tried with soft keys ON:1/ OFF:0 but PWE is not enabling.

E-stop enabled?
You should be able to set PWE in parameter 8900.0 too.
Although I never heard of this, a password may be involved?

on the OFFSET SETTING page (Where PWE is) Page down till you find parameter 3299.0 set it to 0. Then you can change PWE

I checked with parameter 3299.0 then parameter write is getting enabled. But the system hard key is still not working.
Thinking some hardware problem I changed the keys PCB board and checked still same problem.
Is there any parameter/password to enable the system hard key. If system hard key work then only I can access the parameter 1815 etc.

Suggestion required.
