| Do you mean by Cable link (RS232 etc) or by radio link or the likes of Modbus etc? What Fanuc control? Al.

| Would prefer via ethernet possibly with Focus 1 software... But rs232 would be acceptable if I could not do through Focus 1 software. I really don't know anything about Modbus. I know I could tear apart the panel and start hard wireing onto the switches, but thats kind of the last thing I would want to do.... |

Sorry, Fanuc 18i control. one on wire edm, one is on a machining center. The Focus 1 stuff allows us to access the control and do a lot of stuff via vb.net, but remote cycle start is something they don't seem to want to make available..... |
