    old softkey keyboard membrane

    Does anyone know where I could get a old softkey keyboard membrane for a Dalhih 610 with 10m control?

    What I just did is take the part number off the old keyboard membrane and contacted Fanuc. It cost me 75 bucks but at least I can see the numbers now.
