We just installed new memory board and put in #900 parameters...downloaded parameters on fanuc o-m 16 contoller. z and x axis works fine but y axis will not act right!
It's a twin table machine and when mode select is "zrn" it will only move in the (-) direction and then only if you manually put tables in the overtravel (+) position. When tables reach the "home" proximity switch the table lock pins engage but if you move the table past the proximity switches they will not move at all and I can't get them to move in the (+) direction AT ALL and the clutch will not engage in "jog" mode. The numbers on the screen go up or down but the tables will not move. Please help!
