We are facing defects due to wrong offset data entered by the operators in CNC lathe machines. The fanuc controls we use are of 21i-t, 18i-TB, 18i-MB, 6TB and 15T respectively.
I need to modify the screen display by adding verification content, which can prevent the wrong values being entered. Means, after inputing the value and while entering, there should be a pop up window which displays the new value in bigger font size and thereafter confirms based on it.
Does anyone knows about any company or individual who can held in this regard.
Or is there any other solution to the offset problem
