I would suggest removing the socketed RAM chips and trying to clear memory again (powering on while holding reset and delete). This most likely will not work because when you clear memory then memory access size is brought down to basic memory. You might get lucky though so it is worth a try. If that does not work then I would suggest sending the board in for testing and repair if needed. Our test fee for that board is $50.00 and if it does need repair then ignore the test fee and the cost of repair is $427.00.
