Mori Seiki Fanuc 10T Axis only move by handwheel

Hello,

I have a Mori seiki AL2 that only moves both X and Z axis if I use the handwheel, therefore I can not send it home nor do anything else.

Any pointers?

I reinstalled all the parameters but the problem persist
