Default HELP! Z axis on lathe moving more than readout position

    Hello,
I have a Nakamura-Tome Slant I lathe with a Fanuc 11TE system and the Z axis is moving more than it should.
I machine to a depth of 3.14 and it cuts 3.165 deep instead.
I put an indicator on it and for every .01" on the position screen, it actually moves .0106" . for .03" on the position screen, it actually moves .0315"
What do I need to do to make this correct?

Thanks in advance for all the input.
