fanuc 6t Im getting alarms #410 & #413 any help appreciated
Hello,
Ive got an older nakamura lathe with original fanuc 6t controls. I had a repair guy come in and he recommended that I have his company repair x servo motor so $600 later and it still doesn't work. Then he said the drive board needed repair and it still doesn't work. When I turn it on x axis lurches in negative direction and I get alarm #410 and #413 any help sure would be appreciated.

try to replace operational amplifier, which is part of DAC of X axis
why do you pay for not for result but for process?
if I come to repair something I ask for money only after getting the positive result

Thank you,
I thought the repair person was a friend and would see the job through but was sadly mistaken.
Any way I will look into the amplifier. I will let you know.
Thank You again, Steve

operational amplifier (may be upc4558) placed on the motherboard
most likely it is close to interpolator and resistance matrix marked PC11
there is must be something like this
we've got the proverb in Russia: "Friendship is friendship, but money apart". )))

Hi guhl,
I am not that so savvy as to know what an operational amplifier is. I am picturing a mosfet or something similar. And I don't even know where motherboard would be on this system there is a master pcb.
Thank you again, Steve

I would suggest swapping the position lsi between axes, as that is easy; just be careful that you don't bend pins when re-inserting chips.
What is the motherboard/masterboard part #?
