I see a A06B-6050-H303 listed for sale. I don't see that variant listed in my AC servo maintenance or description manual. There is a -H103. What is the difference. I read somewhere that the first # after the H was for number of axis, and the third# was for motor size, but this is a single axis drive. My DC M series manual lists a H040 as having an external braking resistor and for a 10 or 20m servo???? What is the true meaning of the first ,second and third # following the H? Is there a consistent convention? So confused.
Re: Probably dumb question regarding AC servo amps
You generally correct regarding the Hxxx. However, the A06B-6050-H303 was used in the older robots and can't be used in a CNC machine tool. The motor size for this amp is 10.
Re: Probably dumb question regarding AC servo amps
Thanks for that info. That explains why they were so cheap. I already got burned once buying a RJ robot axis board thinking it fit a 0C. Wonder why they didn't make them just the same??
Re: Probably dumb question regarding AC servo amps
you can replace shunt resistor in current feedback circuit and set motor type by this, if your motor is less power than 10
other settings are available on the PCB. supposed PCB is A20B-1000-0560
