I have a problem my tool magazin is not rotating and so it cant change the tools.

My machine is ALMAC FC1105 with Fanuc 16i-M. I have a problem my tool magazine is not rotating and so it cant change the tools. I returned the old parameters but still not working.
The operator Message shows up this like in the photo
Theres no Service for this machine in my country. Can you Help Me Please How to Fix it.*
