Default Need help Alarm on controller that wont let me run machine!

I have a Fanuc11M controller on a Miyano MSV-41 mill. The controller in the bottom right corner under TOOL/ALARM NO has an alarm 15 that I cant reset.. Can anyone tell me What this means? Under the soft key alarm message it doesn't say anything. Please let me know if you know what this means. Thanks in advance

Do you know where this is? I was moving the machine fine and walked away for an hour or so and when I came back this alarm was flashing. Not sure where to look for this.

    Hi,

Every axis (XYZ) has it's own pulse-coder mounted on top of the motor.
Sometimes there is a extra encoder for the toolchange position (M19).
Is there also an alarm in the electical cabinet on one of the drives, shown by a led-display..?

    Regards,
    Heavy_Metal.

I can still move each axis by the handle if that makes any difference? I will check to see if there is a fault code in the back cabinet. Thanks

Would this be a Miyano alarm? I unhooked one of the pulse coders and it did throw the code 15 on the main screen and told me what it was. This other code is just in the clear bottom right of the whole control board that also tells the tool #. Any other ideas? I dont know who else to help me with this problem. Thanks again!
