I have a Mazak laserpath with Fanuc 11m control, i can send small programs to fanuc memory but i can't send data from control to Pc and is no way to avoid buffer oveflow in handshake mode, the only way to complete a handshake transmition is executing the program faster than transmit it, then the machine execute one block and stay waiting for the next one, once and over (like single block but no need to push start all the time). I'm using Predator cnc editor to send data. 2400 - 7 - 1 - even - Flow hardware. I will love any help. Thank you. Nandop. |

| It looks like you have hardware handshake, you need software handshake (XON/XOFF). Al.

| Nandop, When you say "Flow hardware" do you mean you have your cable wired for hardware handshake? How is your Predator Editor DNC properties configured? Is there a Character Send or Line Send delay in the constants section of the DNC Properties? Dave |

| Dear Sir All Fanuc control system working with Xon/Xoff mode of transmition , its not improtant the Baudrate because you must set the same rate for PC and NC (fanuc) 7 data bit and 2 stob bit is allways constant , please try to chnage the configuration of sending file by your software . |
