    Default NC AUTOMATIC MODE BLOCKED

    Hi!
    I have MATSUURA ES450H, FANUC 18i.
    The problem:
After the power on, nc, drives, hydrostation switched and ready for action.
But I can not to move any axis or zeroid these. No errors or alarm message in the screen.
If I unblock NC (set K07.D0 INTERLOCK NEGLECT = 1), then can move, zero axis e t c.
But auto mode is inpossible (MDI, AUTO mode).
i understand then there is blocking circus in NC sequence.
Any advice? What is can be?
All the drives are ready ("0" in LED). Spindle is ready ("--" in LED). No errors, all fuses are in good condition.
If I return INTERLOCK NEGLECT = 0, the machine is "died".
    All proposal will be accepted!

Check FEEDHOLD.G8.5. It should be a 1. IF G8.5=0, check ladder to find out why

stupid question: are all doors closed properly?
How about G8.0=1? This is interlock signal. Trace in ladder and find cause if it's a 0.

    All doors close/open normal.
I will check the G8.0 on next week after the weekend.
May be some key in any door not close the electrical chain and in this case error appears.
The result will be in forum.
    Thank you for advise!

    I checked G8.0
    It was 1. Moreover.
I did maintenence procedure to change the pallet.
The pallet changed in MAINTENANCE MODE.
After that INTERLOCK NEGLECT was set to "0" and I could move axis.
The problem was in internal pallet door (which divide cutting and loading zone) and in clamp/unclamp sensor (see attachment)
Looks like the switcher was not proper set but sensor has broken contact.
After the reparing sensor "4th CLAMP" lamp become eluminate. It is normal state for this lamp.
I can move any axis now.
But there is the problem with the pallet.
The message 6450 PALLET ARM NOT IN HOME POSITION appeared.
    I continue to dig.

The problem with 6450 PALLET ARM NOT IN HOME POSITION in not right pallet configuration.
In MAINT->PALLETE corrected values. Set some parameters. In MDI M61/M62 executed and pallete change procedure start to work.
    And spindle became live.
The chain: clamp sensor->door pallete sensor->pallete parameters->start spindle.
The tool arm and spindle can change the tool now.
I have only one problem - wih pallete indexing.
    Contiue to dig.
