Need help 426 Z axis disconnect

I have a lathe turret WSC6, fanuc series O-TC, 1989, it has 2
1.The first, turn on switch but CRT not on --> affter check, I remove M38 cable from axis card (to Z pulse coder unit), CRT turn on and 426 alarm display.
2. I replace new pulse coder unit, turn on switch--> CRT turn on and don't have erro appear.
3. Adjust and set it reference position (Z axis) is OK.
4. Move Z axis by JOG or HAND mode is OK
5. Move X axis after 2-3 seconds 426 erro appear again
6. I check Axis card, driver card, X, Z motor all are ok, but after turn on switch CRT display 426 Z disconnect alarm.
Please help me

What is the following diagnoistics example:10001111
Diag 200
Diag 201
Diag 202
Diag 203
Diag 204
Diag 205
Diag 206
With this information we can find out if it is the pulse coder or feedback cable
