Alarm 414 Servo Alarm : Y axis detect error

Good day,
Can some one help me with this Alarm, it's on a CNC Niigata PN40, Alarm 414 Servo Alarm : Y axis detect error, I already check manual and says that check some diagnosis display No. 200 and 204,and I found on 204 #6 (1) than its OFS : A current conversion error has occurred in the digital Servo. Someone can please help me to understand witch could be the problem about this, if it's the Servo or driver o what is the problem, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

That normally indicates a bad servo module on the main PCB.
