Softkeys missing in Manual guide i.............

Hi all,

at the shop, on a 5 axis mill with fanuc 31i, the operator ask me if I could help him with the Manual guide i,
so trying to help him but my problem is that I can't see the START, CYCLE, END etc...softkeys !!

See attached pic, I can't see what 's in the red rectangle.

Any tip ??

No I can't see these softkeys on the screen !!

Hi, are you in edit mode and use the left/right softkeys to scroll through the different softkeys. there is parameter values to change these keys but they should be set by default.

Yes in EDIT mode, did try left and right, and parameter 14700 #7MGI is 0, so Manual guide is enable....

Could you post a snapshot of your screen display whilst in Manual Guide mode.
