Turret Not Indexing

Dear Friends,
Facing a strange problem with YAM make turning m/c with 12 turret post,

M/C is running ok without turret indexing.
Turret is indexing perfectly in JOg mode.
In MDI / Auto mode as Turret command execuated , start cycle light goes OFF & after than Auto cycle can be run only power OFF/ON.
No any alam displayed , dignosis bit 7 of 712 get high & after that no auto operation possible.
Is iit possible to read the ladder of Fanuc 3T.
