    Default Amada Vipros Mystery Fault

We just had our auto-index stations serviced and are seeing the machine stop and lose its reference LED a few seconds after pressing cycle start randomly. This is happening sporadically yet semi consistently. We had the issue about 30 times today so far. If we ref return the machine, we can reset the program it will run fine.

My guess is there is an issue with the signal that homes the auto index stations.

    What are your thoughts?

Secondly, how do you adjust the auto index stations if they are slightly off?

    Thanks in advance!!

There is a switch, and if it comes off, it will lose that LED.

Change parameter 85 for 4th axis home position.

We still have yet to dig into the switch to see if that is our main issue. Im thinking that our index stations are about 0.5° degrees out of alignment to the machine. How much do I need to change Parameter 85 by?
